SERVICES & DELIVERY

DELIVERY

We operate a very reasonably priced delivery service both locally and throughout the UK using our own delivery vehicles.

Simply provide us with a postcode with your order enquiry and we will provide you with the appropriate delivery charge.

Delivery is to the side or kerbside of wherever the delivery lorry can park, and goods will be stacked as neatly as possible. The driver cannot carry goods into your property or past the building line. Should there be any access difficulties e.g. narrow lanes, steep drive please inform us at the outset so that an appropriately sized vehicle can be allocated to your order.

Deliveries of heavy materials (any item over 25kgs or 4 Stone) will require an able-bodied person present to help the driver off load. If this is not possible, we will have to arrange for two people to undertake this delivery.

We will allocate a day for delivery but unfortunately, we cannot specify a time. Any approximate delivery times given are only as a guide and cannot be guaranteed; they may have to be altered by the driver depending upon the route he has to take and the weight distribution on the lorry.

Please note once goods have been delivered, the transfer of ownership and any liabilities will be transferred to you. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.

INSTALLATION

A quality planter or bench can make all the difference to any public spaces, garden or home. Even the best concrete products can only be as secure as their installation.

Many years ago, after many requests from our clients, we made the decision of having our own installations team which by virtue possess the necessary workmanship qualities to ensure that your products installation will be of the highest standard and for reasonable price.

We're happy to advise...

Should you wish to undertake the work yourself we will happily assist by offering advice, answering your questions and providing a quote for the materials you want. Please ensure that quantities and measurements etc. are accurate at the time of ordering as we cannot be held responsible for any errors / miscalculation. If you have an installer carrying out the work for you, it is your responsibility to ensure that all materials ordered are in accordance with how they plan to undertake the installation. Better still ask them to provide you with a list of all materials.
